The Main Menu (Primary menu)
The Main Menu is the main way that your patients will navigate your site. It appears at the top of every page on the site. You can add and remove items from the Main Menu yourself following these tutorials:
Add a new Parent page to the Main Menu
Remove a Parent page and delete it from the Main Menu

The Helpful links and Further info (Footer links) menu
The Helpful links and Further info menus are in the Footer of your website. They are also visible on every page of your website. You can add and remove items from these menus by using these tutorials:
