Delete a job posting (written instructions)

This tutorial will show you how to delete a job posting on a website. You must do this once a job has expired to remove it from the Jobs page. Ensure that you are logged into your website. The black admin toolbar should be visible at the top of the screen.

Select the name of the website from the admin toolbar to go to the dashboard.

Select Job Listings from the left-hand sidebar of the Dashboard.

Select the name of the job posting that you would like to remove from the website.The job postings list, with Receptionist selected.

In the Edit Job screen, select the Move to Bin link from the Publish box.

The Job posting has now been removed from the website. If no other jobs were active at the time, the We're Hiring banner will also disappear from the site.
