Update the View map link on your branch widget (written instructions)

To update the map on your branch widget, you will need to first go to https://www.google.com/maps/.

In the Search Google Maps box, paste the entire address of your practice, including its name and postcode.

Your practice should now appear in the left-hand sidebar of Google Maps. If not you may have to select it from a list in the same place. Once you have found your practice, click the Share button in the sidebar.

Click the blue COPY LINK link in the Share box that appears to copy the link to your clipboard.

Ensure that you are logged into your website. The black admin toolbar should be visible at the top of the screen.

Click the name of the website in the admin toolbar to go to the Dashboard.

Select Branches from the left-hand sidebar of the Dashboard.

Hover your mouse over the name of the Branch you would like to edit. Click the Edit link that appears.

You will now be in the branch editor.

Scroll down to the Google maps link box. Paste in the new link.

Once you have finished making changes, scroll back up and click the blue Update button to save the change to the branch widget.

The view map link will now be up-to-date on the branch widget...

And will take your patients directly to the Google maps page for your practice.
