Check form entries (written instructions)

We usually recommend that form entries are emailed to you when someone completes the form, but it is useful to be able to check form entries manually. Ensure that you are logged into your website. The black admin toolbar should be visible at the top of the screen.

Click the name of the website in the admin toolbar to go to the Dashboard.

Hover your mouse over Forms in the left-hand sidebar. Select Entries from the drop-down that appears.

You will now be on the Entries screen. In order to see the entries for each form, you have to select their name from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen.

Hover your mouse over the drop-down menu and click the name of the form you'd like to see.

You should now see the entries page for the form you chose. Here, you can see a table of the different entries and individual responses to each question.

To see details about a specific response, hover your mouse over the row of answers you'd like to read. Click the View link that appears.

This will take you to a specific screen for that response to the form, where you can read the answers in full.

Alternatively, you can click the View PDF link to view a PDF of the results.
