Notification emails for forms (written instructions)

Ensure that you are logged into your website. The black admin toolbar should be visible at the top of the screen.

Click the name of your website in the admin toolbar to go to the Dashboard.

Select Forms from the left-hand sidebar of the Dashboard.

Move your mouse onto the name of the form you would like to edit, then hover your mouse over the Settings link when it appears.

Select Notifications from the Settings drop-down menu that appears.

You will now be viewing the different notifications set up for the form you chose. Hover your mouse over Admin Notification, and select the Edit link that appears.

You will now be on the specific page for the Admin Notification. You should only ever edit the Send To Email box, otherwise your notifications may not work.

In the Send To Email box, type the NHS email address that you would like responses to be sent to.

Once you have finished making changes, click the blue Update Notification box to save your changes. Your notifications will now be delivered to the email address you chose.The Update Notification button at the bottom of the Admin Notification page.
