Delete a form entry (written instructions)

All form entries are deleted automatically after seven days (apart from those to the Family and Friends test form which are deleted after 60 days), but it is useful to know how to do this manually. Ensure that you are logged into your website. The black admin toolbar should be visible at the top of the screen.

Click the name of your website in the admin toolbar to go to the Dashboard.

Hover your mouse over Forms in the left-hand sidebar. Select Entries from the drop-down menu that appears.

This will bring you to the Entries screen. You have to select a form from the form drop-down menu at the top of the screen to see its responses.

Click the red Delete Permanently link. The entry will now be completely removed from your site. NOTE: While a form entry is in the bin, it can be restored by clicking the Restore link below its name. Once deleted permanently, it is irretrievable.
